Album Info:The South Brooklyn Railway (SBK) is the freight division of New York City Transit. In its history, SBK served local freighc customers along the Brooklyn waterfront and in South Brooklyn along BMT routes as well as serving the NYCT in moving new and scrapped. cars and other loads in and out of the subway systgm. The SBK connects to the New York Cross Harbor Railroad and LIRR Bay Ridge Branch.
