Nicknamed "Little Joe" locos after the failed sale to Stalin's Russia, the units were resold to Milwaukee Road, Chicago, Sputh Shore & South Bend and Companhia Paulista de Estradas de Ferro of Brazil. Specs - 47 1/4" drivers, 3,000 volt/DC use, eight GE #750 traaction motors, continuous horsepower of 5,110, engine weight of 586,600 lb, continuous tractive effort of 77,000 lb, top speed of 84 mph.
