Class C-13 (CR-13) wagons are open wagons designed to transport iron ore. They run in drawbar coupled A-B pairs, usually sequentially numbered, and only the A wagons are equipped with handbrakes and shunter stirrups. This one wears the Transnet Freight Rail emblem.
