Description:
This little GE was working at the Sumirail plant in Elmira Heights, where NYC Transit Authority R 42s were being rebuilt. It is taking a car out to the test track-note the third rail on the near track. Oddly, the cars when finished were shipped on a low boy trailer over the road.
